Do we really need the chemistry system in FUT?

In the Fifa 16 demo, the exhibition gameplay is almost perfect. Pace gets you nowhere. Players properly feel like they have weight and require momentum to move. Players who excel in skill stats like passing and defending felt like they were leagues above just a pacey player who has horrible passing stats.

 

Then I played FUT and it's like an entirely different game. It all feels too fast and it barely feels like the things that were wonderful about exhibition were in effect.

 

Do we really need the chemistry system in FUT? Aren't you guys tired of FUT being ruled by pace abuse and absurd, no momentum zig-zagging movement? I feel FUT should have the same gameplay as H2H. Hear me out.

 

Keep chemistry but rid of chemistry boosts. 9 chem should be the max and should only give a player their normal stats. Anything less and they start receiving considerable stat decreases (-5 to all relevant stats at 8 chem and even harsher penalties for lower). Let's get rid of people putting players in positions they never play. But allow players to get full chem in any position they normally play instead. For example, Ronaldo would have secondary and tertiary positions he gets 9 chem in.

 

The catch would be that you can designate one player on your team as your "captain". This player and only this player can get 10 chem after 10 games won with them in the squad, which provides a moderate stat boost to only their stats.

 

I simply want to see a slow, methodical, smart game of football being played online where it's not only pacey, strong shooters being desired. I want players like Vidic or Modric to also dominate on the pitch with their defending or passing and broaden the types of teams that people use.

Finally got the motivation to FIFA trade back

I tried the method on low rated, relativly cheap players yesterday. I was suprised about the results. Doubled my coins on the cheap fifa players. Today i did it with the more expensive players, and oh my.... I made arround 1,8 mil today.

I don't understand what happened but since the release of FUT15 I have been competing around the division 2 to division 4 and for most of this I had a below average PL team, worth about 50k tops.

The EA FC notification has me winning

Put together a Vancouver Whitecaps FIFA FC squad tonight. Still missing a couple pieces as I try to get them dirt cheap.But those 4-5 players are all silver guys, won't add or change much to my squad other than depth.

Squad builders (low budget)

I would like my attackers to have 4* skills, if one has 3 that is fine. I am okay with using players out of their natural position (Hamsik is one of my favourite players in game, vazquez is cause I am unwilling to pay more for transferred Dybala).
